The Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) Board meets on the third Thursday of each month (except July and December) at 9:15 am; unless prior arrangements have been made for alternate meeting dates. Meetings are held in our office in the Wilmont Building, 124 South Main Street, Room 210 in Downtown Livingston or via Zoom.

If you would like to address the Board at an upcoming meeting, please email info@explorelivingstonmt.com 2 weeks prior to the meeting to be put on the agenda and we will be in touch, public comment is limited to 5 minutes due to scheduling constraints.
